A programme in Ontario that has never missed a season.
Attendell runs the CPD programme for PD Consortium, a consortium of accounting firms in Ontario that has operated since 1989. Its sessions run online on Toronto time, and every session, attendance record and report on it goes through Attendell.
Attendell is independent of any single consortium, and forms consortia in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Nothing in the model is specific to accounting or to any one country, and the curriculum is built against whichever requirements apply to the profession and the country it runs in.

Curriculum
Matched to your profession's requirements
A curriculum lead maps your profession's requirements, chooses the topics that meet them and orders them across the year. Each consortium has its own, an expert who practises in that profession.
Speakers
Sourced, vetted and briefed
We find the speakers and vet them before booking. We brief them, review their materials and prepare each session before it goes live.
Delivery
Hosted, recorded, attendance logged
We send the invitations, host and moderate the session, and record attendance against each person.
Live and online
Your people can ask, and the speaker answers during the session.
They join from their desk. No travel, no venue, no day out of the office. They can put a question in the Q&A, answer a poll, or ask the speaker directly.
Sessions are recorded and available afterwards for a defined period, for anyone who could not attend on the day.
Attendance is captured from the session itself, who joined and for how long, rather than from a sign-in sheet.

What it costs per person
You buy one seat per person, and it covers them for every session in the season. Ten people across a twelve-session year is ten seats, not a hundred and twenty bookings.
A larger consortium is quoted a longer season for the same price per person, so the cost per session falls as the group grows. That is why we group firms together.
Indicative
$70–90per person, per session
A season is $900 per person for the year, whatever its length. A ten-session season works out at $90 a session and a thirteen-session season at about $70. Season length is agreed with you at setup.
How a programme starts
You tell us the basics
The profession, the country, and roughly how many people need CPD. That is enough for us to say whether a programme is viable and what it would look like.
We form the consortium
We form the consortium in Canada, New Zealand or Australia, and appoint the curriculum lead. Sessions run online, so the firms need only the same requirements.
You see the season before you commit
The proposed curriculum, the requirement areas it covers, the dates, and the cost per seat. Nothing is booked until you have it in front of you.
